Cancellation and Substitution Policy

• Cancellation will only be accepted in writing. If this cancellation is received more than 28 days before the conference attendees will receive a credit to the following years’ event. Cancellations received 28 days or less (including the 28th day) will be liable for the full fee paid.
• A substitution from the same organisation can be made in writing at no extra charge as long as this is done at least 24 hours prior to the start of the conference.
• In the event Arch Events Ltd cancels the conference, payments received by the cancellation date will be refunded in full.

Changes to Conference and Agenda

• Arch Events Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event, to change the location or alter the advertised speakers for an event.
• Arch Events Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, war, trade or industrial disputes, communicable diseases , terrorism or other hostilities.
• In the event that a conference is cancelled, Arch Events Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred by the delegates speakers or sponsors in connection with their attendance.
• It is sometimes necessary to change the timing, venue, content and/or speakers of an event due to reasons out of the control of Arch Events Ltd, we accept no liability to the delegates for these changes. Changes to the agenda will be communicated via the event website as soon as possible.

• The personal information provided by you will be stored in a database. • In order to promote active networking at our forum, we distribute a list of all attendees which includes name, company and job title only to fellow attendees. In line with data regulation, this list does not include contact details. If you do not wish for your name to be included as an attendee, please inform us via email (info@precisionmedicineforum.com) at least 72 hours before the commencement of the forum.
